A few years ago, Murray was introduced to an exciting new product called oriented composite lumber. This new process of creating composite lumber was in its infancy and seemed to offer properties that were desirable for many construction purposes. After building many different prototypes of backyard chicken coops, the current design was selected and Murray's Hen Hoop was born.

Murray's Hen Hoops is now an integrated component of Murray's Construction. The knowledge gained from being in the construction business for 25 years and his ready resources of quality craftsmen has made this a natural area of expansion.
